Duties & Responsibilities

As an Electromechanical Technician, your responsibilities will include a diverse range of tasks focused on the assembly, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced electromechanical systems. Your contributions will be critical to ensuring the reliability and performance of our products.

  • Perform precise assembly and integration of mechanical and electrical components according to schematics, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshooting of complex electromechanical systems to identify root causes of malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
  • Calibrate and adjust sensors, actuators, and control systems to meet performance requirements.
  • Execute preventive maintenance procedures on equipment to ensure optimal functionality and extend lifespan.
  • Document all testing, maintenance, and repair activities accurately and thoroughly, maintaining detailed records.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to provide feedback on design improvements and assist in the development of new products.
  • Assist in the setup and validation of new equipment and processes.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and improve operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing or R&D environment.

Salary & Benefits

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a strong foundation in electromechanical principles and practical experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an Electromechanical Technician or in a similar role.
  • Associate’s degree or technical certification in Electromechanical Technology, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and assembly instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, calipers).
  • Strong understanding of electrical circuits, control systems, motors, sensors, and mechanical assemblies.
  • Experience with soldering and wiring techniques.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with diagnostic software and Microsoft Office Suite.
