Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform complex electromechanical troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues in integrated systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs for production machinery and test equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct precise mechanical assembly and integration of components, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications.
• Perform thorough electrical testing, including continuity, voltage, and current measurements, to verify system functionality.
• Interpret and utilize detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for assembly, repair, and modification tasks.
• Implement and maintain PLC programming for automated systems, including minor modifications and debugging.
• Provide essential robotics maintenance, covering calibration, repair, and programming adjustments for robotic arms and automated cells.
• Calibrate and adjust various types of equipment and instrumentation to meet stringent operational standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems, ensuring reliable operation and safety.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and calibrations accurately in maintenance logs and digital systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in electromechanical systems maintenance and repair.
• Demonstrated proficiency in electromechanical troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong foundational knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret complex schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with preventive maintenance protocols and best practices.
• Proficiency in using various hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures in an industrial setting, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
